Hillsborough Summer Day Camp
Philosophy
Our philosophy is to provide your child with exposure to a well rounded recreational and cultural program. We believe a well-structured and well-supervised program will provide the participant with the true value for your expenditure in time and money.
Registration
A completed registration and medical history forms plus a $200.00 non-refundable deposit are required to register each child. A $20.00 fee will be charged for each schedule change once the initial deposit is made. If registered after June 1st, payment in full is required at time of registration
Medical History
A current medical history must be completed and submitted at the time of registration. Forms from previous years are not valid. No child will be considered enrolled until this form is completed and returned.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment in full must be made by June 1, 2012 to receive weekly discounts. No refund will be considered, for any reason, (other than medical with a doctors note) after June 1, 2012. Split payment plans are available and must be arranged with the manager (1st payment due by June 1st with the 2nd payment due July 1st.)
Camp Staff
Our small camper to counselor ratio (1 to 8 for younger campers and 1 to 12 for older campers) provides your child with extra special attention. All counselors and aides are CPR and 1st Aid trained plus they undergo a training program prior to the start of camp. All counselors are 18 and older and aides are 16 and older.
