Hillsborough Summer Day Camp
Philosophy
Our philosophy is to provide your child with exposure to a well-rounded recreational and cultural program. We believe a well-structured and well-supervised program will provide the participant with the true value for your expenditure in time and money.
Registration*
Registration begins February 16 2010. A $200 non-refundable deposit, plus a completed registration full day and medical history forms are required to register each child for full day camp or a $25 non-refundable deposit, plus a completed registration half day and medical history forms are required to register each child for half day camp. A $20 fee will be charged for each schedule change once the initial deposit is made. If registering after June 1, 2010, payment in full is required at the time of registration.
Medical History
A current medical history must be completed and submitted at the time of registration. Forms from previous years are not valid. No child will be considered enrolled until this form is completed and returned.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment in full must be made by June 1, 2010 to receive weekly discounts. Payments made after June 1, 2010 will be charged at a rate of $250 per week for full day camp or $150 per week for half day camp. No refund will be considered for any reason, (other than medical with a doctor's note) after June 1, 2010. Payment plans are available and must be arranged with manager.
*By filling out a registration form signer agrees to the cost for camp.
